Carla Violetti’s food is infused with a love of the produce that comes from the local region of Arezzo, and a focus on health and wellbeing. Specialising in the art of combining fresh local ingredients, her meals are an experience for all the senses.
“My goal is to spread the culture of good food, rooted in quality of the raw materials,” she says. “Food that respects of the cycles of nature with attention to detail.”
Carla and her team cater to all tastes and diets, so if you are vegetarian, vegan, or have any allergies or particular dietary requirements, you will be catered to with equal style and substance.
The opportunity is also available for participants at the retreat to come together to suggest their own menu for a special dining occasion during the week.
